Zen Express is a company engaged in courier services, delivery of documents, packages, goods, both delivery via land, air and sea with domestic and international destinations, warehouses, trucking, movers (moving home / office) quickly, safely and at affordable price. Zen Express has an integrated network that is expected to be a trusted business partner to handle the distribution of the shipment to destination. As our service system as follows:
For the purpose of major cities throughout Indonesia, we provide express delivery services to the goal line with customer expectations. We also provide express service to worldwide international shipping by air and also LCL & FCL for international shipments via sea.
We provide cash and credit facilities, which the customer can make payments directly (in cash) or credit with maturity of 1 (one) week after the goods arrived at the destination.
In the event of loss or damage in transit, we provide replacement of 10 ( ten ) times the cost of shipping or a maximum Rp 1.000.000 , - (one million rupiahs) in accordance with the terms and conditions of delivery.
For high-value goods/items (precious), are required to take an INSURANCE.
